What was the name of this movie...?

I remember a movie that had this over-medicated old man wandering hospital halls singing only the line, "peanuts and crackerjack", from "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" over and over. Anyone know the movie? (Or maybe it was a TV episode, for all I know...) Thanks
