What's the best concealer?

I have normal skin and am looking for a good under eye concealer that wont crease. I have been using cheaper brands, but willing to try anything. My friend suggested physicians formula or higher brand IT Cosmetics I think? What do you think is better I hear good things about Bobbi Brown, but not sure if I want to spend that much.
