How do i get rid of this heat rash? ?

Ok, so I have a serious case of painful bumps due to being so hot all the time. Under my breasts, between my butt cheeks, and around my navel it hurts so bad, I can't move w/out feeling it. I've tried gold bond medicated powder, but no results. I need to know what's best for this condition. Thanks!
