Hi I am 18 years old and I am sexually active but I always use protection.?

A few days after having intercourse, I noticed that I had clusters of tiny bumps on the inside of my vagina (right next to the opening kind of). These bumps are very itchy and burn when I urinate. I bought some Vagisil Itch Cream and medicated wipes but they seem to only work for a certain amount of time. I have asked around and people tell me that it could be yeast infection? but I don't have any "doughy" discharge, just the normal stuff. This has been really freaking me out and I really want it to go away. If anyone has any advice please I'm all ears! Thank you! :)
