Please help i kinda feel like im dieing and idk what to do?

Ok so sometimes ill have attacks almost where everything i feel in my body needs to be symmetrical, for example. Today im having a pretty bad one where if i touch my left ear, i need to touch my right for the same ammount of time, then both, then not touch them and thing about it. Or i will brush up against a wall on my right side then have to do it to my left, front and back. Ive been diagnosed with minor deperession and am being medicated with lexapro but these attacks have came and went as long as i can remember, ive only been on the meds for a few months so i dont know... please help, im fifteen by the way and im freaking out
