Should I leave my pimples alone?

Normally I pop it until the blood comes out and I thought you were supposed to squeeze it more until the bleeding stops... Guess I was wrong lol. After a few facial sessions, I'm beginning to really really take care of my face and skin. I got a couple of pimples and whiteheads and I don't have any cream or gel or whatever specially medicated for acne, etc. Should I leave the pimples alone? Will they heal by themselves?
