What do you think the chances are of me going into labour by myself?

i am 38+4 weeks pregnant. i have high blood pressure and are currently medicated for,swollen hands and feet very badly, the last two night i have had very bad cramping in the pelvis and my back, nausea, very emotional. this is my second pregnancy but i never went full term with my first. i can also feel the baby's head moving down. your advise would be greatly appreciated.
