Am I a transexual? Shuld I runaway because im to scared to tell my dad how I feel?

I always get jealous everytime I see a girl I always think to myself that I should have that body!!! I always wanted to be a girl when I was little!!! Please help... And im self medicating with premarin for about two months and my dad doesnt know what are changes I should be seeing?? I know that I shouldnt be doing that but idk...,please no rude answers....
