Face, sun screen help!?

I am going to the beach and I need something that won't break my face out and that I can wear under my bare minerals make up ,I have very sensitive skin and I need to watch what I put on my face or I will be pimple city.Thank you! also nothing to expensive, I would like to stay in a 10 -15 dollar range
