Which book is better Bobbi Brown's MakeUp Manual or Sephora's Ultimate Makeup...Guide?
Which is more informative for not really a beginner who needs details on all the basics but for some1 who wants to bring it to the next level with extra tricks of the trade? Or are there any suggestions for even better guides than these?
