What is the best gel liner? :o?

I would like eaither clinique cream liner or bobbi brown gel liner. All I want is something that will stay, wont smudge and wont be too pigmented. I was looking for a blackish dark brown (but not REALLLY dark. Like a natural black.) And does makeup forever's eye pencils have as much staying power as gel liner? Is it worth it?
