What happened with Whitney Houston?

Oh man I hear that she's back in rehab again. I was really pulling for her to get back on track and stay there. Saw a video on the news of her at a Prince concert showing out. Prince had to force her to get off the stage. And it looked like her daughter Bobbi Cristina was there encouraging her to act like a fool. Sad, wonder what caused her to relapse.
