Does a long term headache indicate brain tumor?

I have had a very dull headache on my right temple and behind my eye for about two months on and off. It will go away for a couple days and then come back and remain for quite a while. Additionally, sometimes I feel really spaced out. I can still function, but the headache is always kind of scratching at the surface. My vision isn't necessarily blurred or double, but something feels really strange. I know that's not very specific, but it's hard to explain. I noticed that it all first began after I went on Loestrin birth control, but I'm not sure if that's related or not, or possibly if I need new glasses. I've done some research that says birth control can give people migraines and stuff. I have an appointment with my doctor in a couple weeks, but I'm also being medicated for severe panic disorder, so this headache definitely freaks me out on a constant basis and is pretty much all I think about, so I was just looking to get some thoughts.
