What types of make up to buy at drugstore? *EASY 10 POINTS*?

Cover girl eye shadows are good to go over a nice base (like Urban Decay). I think it is okay to splurge a little on nice basic products so that when you use drugstore makeup over them it looks nice! Sometimes it isn't that the product is bad but maybe the brush is just so cheap it doesn't pick up all the color or something. As for eyeliner I like line stiletto. It is very good!
